Tyler Perry is still mad at Jimmy Kimmel.
On Wednesday night, the “A Madea Homecoming” star appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and slammed the host for skipping a big party invite.

“The last time you came here, I don’t know if you remember,” Kimmel said, “was right after your big studio opened in Atlanta.”
“Yeah, that you didn’t come to the big party I was having,” Perry replied. “You received an invitation, to which you did not come. That one. I remember. I’m still afraid of it. And you said you would send me a gift, and I still don’t have the gift. So where’s the gift? You didn’t come, you didn’t send the gift.
Laughing, Kimmel tried to use the COVID pandemic as an excuse, but Perry pointed out that the party was three months before the pandemic started.

“I thought it must have been aimed at Jimmy Fallon or something,” Kimmel joked. “I thought, like, Well, why would I be invited to your party?”
“Well, he said Jimmy Kimmel, and I made a special video to say please come,” Perry said. “So, I don’t know how you could have been wrong. »
To make up for the snub, Kimmel asked Guillermo to go to a gift shop to buy Perry a “Best Dad Oscar” and a magnet that read “Hollywood” as gifts, which Perry graciously accepted.
