MiO Level Up Challenge Fortnite Final Placements: Full $100,000 Event Results

MiO and GCN hosted an action-packed MiO Level Up Challenge Finals on August 24, with 10 teams of top Fortnite influencers and pros converging in a 3-stage event.

The climax was a huge success, with Fortnite’s Twitch front page lit up by streams of the MiO Finals. Over 30 players qualified for the finals where they were drafted into 10 teams of 4 with 10 team captains representing a flavor of MiO. With a $100,000 prize pool, more than just bragging rights were at stake for the 10 teams.

The format of the final consisted of three stages. In the first round, the 10 teams competed in an hour-long elimination race with the top 6 teams qualifying for the bracket game for Stage 2.

The competition was fierce throughout the tournament, but ultimately Team Strawberry Watermelon and Team Sweet Tea were the last two remaining in Stage 3 in a head-to-head, best of 5 Elim Race series with wins counting. as bonus points to determine who wins the MiO Level Up title!

In the final, various strategies were presented, but in the end it was Team Strawberry Watermelon who prevailed along with Team Captain Zemie and took home the $50,000 prize for first place. The Sweet Tea team won 2nd place after an intense duel in the final.

Official final classification

During the broadcast, viewers selected their favorite players and named them MiO All-Stars. Be sure to tune in to MiO Star Voting starting in early September to select your favorite stars from the Finals.
