Typically, these are mostly developer announcements at Google’s I/O event, however, we’re also expecting some juicy material for enthusiasts and regular consumers.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai will break the ice and open the event with a “Google I/O keynote” at 10 a.m. During this part, you can expect to hear announcements about some of Google’s services, health, green projects, privacy, and new future and current plans for the company.

Rumor has it that we might also see an announcement of the budget Pixel phone, the Pixel 6a. There is also a chance that the highly anticipated Pixel Watch could be announced, which a Redditor managed to get his hands on recently.

Sure, Since Google is a company heavily invested in AI, we can also expect smart device announcements and improvements regarding the Google Assistant. This spirit includes new smart speakers and all kinds of devices for your home.

After the more mainstream and consumer-oriented part of the event is over, the next line is the developer’s keynote and “What’s New in Android.” That’s when we expect to hear news of Android 13 and Wear OS.

Everything else that follows will be mostly for developers like AR tools, AI and machine learning, Chrome OS, and more. “What’s New in Google Play” and “What’s New in the Web Platform”.
