OTTAWA — A Conservative committee on the disqualification of Patrick Brown from the Conservative leadership race concludes the party had the evidence it needed to recommend his withdrawal from the race.
Its ruling contains new allegations that Brown used warrants to purchase memberships and enable non-compliant membership sales through a portal.
