Attend the annual Brew HaHa 2022 event at the Nugget Casino in Reno, NV

An annual event showcasing the best beers in Nevada takes place this weekend.

Brew HaHa, the annual fundraising event for the Sierra Arts Foundation, a nonprofit that supports the arts in Nevada, takes place Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Nugget Casino Resort. General admission tickets are $65 (plus a $6.50 fee) online, or $75 at the door.

Attendees will be able to sample more than 100 local beers, including from Pigeon Head Brewery, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Great Basin Brewing Co. and Record Street Brewing. Tickets also give access to an “artist’s village” which will house the works of more than 40 artists.

“The cancellation of events has affected many in the arts industry, for-profit and non-profit, so we’re thrilled to have Brew HaHa back so we can showcase local artists and share their talents with community,” Tracey Oliver, executive director of Sierra Arts Foundation, said in a statement. “My sincerest hope is that attendees realize – as they sample the delicious beers available – that they are supporting the arts industry, which is a powerful part of our regional identity and future.”

Proceeds from Brew HaHa 2022 will help the Sierra Arts Foundation’s mission to support the arts and artists of Northern Nevada.
